Configure CPU non-intrusive debug features

0 (Disabled): Disable CPU ITM and ETM functionality

255 (Enabled): Enable CPU ITM and ETM functionality (default behavior)
CPUFPBEN

Configure CPU flash patch and breakpoint (FPB) unit behavior

0 (Disabled): Disable CPU FPB unit. Writes into the FPB registers will be ignored.

255 (Enabled): Enable CPU FPB unit (default behavior)
